In order to ensure the formation of a stable lubricating oil film between the sliding bearing and the surface of the main shaft, generally centrifugal compressors adopt a forced pressure oil circulation lubrication method. Lubricating oil tank
The lubricating oil tank is the equipment for lubricating oil supply, recovery, sedimentation and storage. There is a heater inside to heat up the lubricating oil before starting up to ensure that the lubricating oil temperature rises to the range of 35-45 degrees Celsius when the unit starts to meet the needs of the unit to start up and run. The oil return port and the suction port of the oil pump are generally located on both sides of the oil tank, with filtering baffles in the middle, so that the lubricating oil flowing back to the oil tank has time for sedimentation of impurities and gas release, thereby ensuring the quality of the lubricating oil. The side wall of the oil tank is provided with a liquid level indicator to monitor the change of the lubricating oil level in the oil tank.
Lubricating oil pump
The lubricating oil pumps of centrifugal compressors are generally equipped with two main and auxiliary oil pumps, the main oil pump is running, and the auxiliary oil pump is standby. When the main oil pump or the oil circuit system fails and the system oil pressure drops to a certain value, the auxiliary oil pump automatically starts and puts into operation to provide an appropriate amount of lubricating oil for each lubrication point of the unit. air compressor ends
Oil cooler
The temperature of the lubricating oil returning to the tank usually rises. Such lubricating oil must be cooled before recirculating into the lubrication part. The oil cooler is used to cool the lubricating oil after the oil outlet pump to control the temperature of the oil entering the lubrication part. Two oil coolers are generally configured, one for use and the other for standby, which can be switched for use when necessary; when the cooling effect of one is not good, the two can be used at the same time.
Oil filter
The lubricating oil filter is installed at the outlet of the pump to filter the compressor lubricating oil to prevent foreign or machine-generated pollutants from entering the system. It is an effective measure to ensure the quality of lubricating oil. In order to ensure the safe operation of the unit, two filters are equipped, one in operation and one in standby.
High fuel tank
The high-level oil tank is a protective device. When the main and auxiliary oil pumps are interrupted, the lubricating oil in the high-level oil tank enters the lubrication parts along the oil pipe by gravity to maintain the lubrication needs of the unit.
