1. Technical principle

Oil-injected screw air compressors use two-stage compression to improve the energy efficiency of the compressor. The improvement in energy efficiency is based on the following two main reasons: First, the pressure ratio of each stage is reduced, the volumetric efficiency is improved, and the energy efficiency of each stage is reduced. Internal and external leakage; the second is that the oil and gas mixture can be fully mixed before the first-stage exhaust enters the second-stage suction to play the role of inter-stage cooling. This more fully mixed oil and gas mixture enters the second stage of the compressor for compression. It also makes the compression process of the second stage closer to the isothermal process, which improves the energy efficiency of the compressor. scr air compressor

2. Key technology

3. Process flow

The technical process mainly includes: compressed air process, lubricating oil process and control pipeline process.

(1) Compressed air process

After the air passes through the air intake filter to filter out dust or impurities in the atmosphere, it enters the first stage of the compressor through the air intake control valve, and is mixed with the injected cooling lubricant during the compression process. The compressed mixed gas is removed from the first stage of the compressor. The two-stage compression cavity is discharged into the connecting cavity, mixed with sprayed lubricating oil in the connecting cavity, and cooled, and then enters the air inlet cavity of the secondary main engine, and is compressed and increased in pressure, and discharged from the two-stage compression cavity into the oil-gas separation tank.

(2) Lubricating oil process

The lubricating oil in the oil and gas barrel is pressed out, passed through a temperature control valve, an oil cooler, and cooled by an oil filter to remove impurities and particles, and then divided into two paths. One way is sprayed from the lower end of the machine body into the first-stage compression chamber to cool the compressed air and pass to both ends of the first and second-stage bodies to lubricate the bearing group; the other way is sprayed into the connecting cavity through the pipeline to reduce the temperature of the first-stage compressed gas. Then, the lubricating oil in each part is gathered at the bottom of the compression chamber and discharged from the exhaust port. After the compressed air mixed with oil is discharged into the oil-gas drum, most of the oil is deposited at the bottom of the oil-gas drum, and the remaining oil-containing mist air passes through the oil fine separator to further filter the remaining oil and participate in the next cycle. scr air compressor
