What are the common faults of screw compressor and how to deal with them?

Answer: screw compressor belongs to positive displacement compressor, which is composed of active rotor and driven rotor meshing with each other, body and a pair of synchronous gears. Therefore, common faults of screw compressor are as follows:

1) The bearing is burnt out. The bearing is burnt out due to foreign matter entering the oil system, lower oil pressure, deterioration of oil quality and other reasons. The main treatment methods are: check the oil supply system; Clean the oil filter, oil cooler cooling pipe; Check and adjust the oil pressure regulating valve; Test the quality of the oil, the quality is not good should be changed; Check and treat the leak.

2) Rotor burnout. Compression media system into a foreign body, or due to high suction medium temperature, compression ratio rise and other reasons caused by the rotor temperature rise, rotor cooling oil temperature rise, poor assembly of parts, shell deformation and other reasons can cause the burnout of the rotor. The main treatment methods are: check the air system; Clean the intercooler; Check the cooling water of cooler and water jacket; Cleaning oil cooler; Inspect the nozzle and passage of the oil cooler.
