Technical information
1. Electrical schematic diagram and mechanical structure diagram (electronic version or paper document) of air compressor and cold dryer consistent with purchased equipment;
2. Operation manual of air compressor, cold dryer and filter;
3. Air compressor, cold dryer, filter product quality certificate;
4. Product quality certificate, installation and maintenance instructions, design drawings of special equipment and inspection certificate issued by special equipment Supervision Bureau of gas storage tank and pressure pipeline components;
5. Model and unit price of main accessories of air compressor (temperature controller, control valve, minimum pressure check valve, temperature control runoff fan, control panel and bearing) and main accessories of air dryer (expansion valve, electronic drainage valve and cooling fan);
6. The model and price list of air compressor oil, mechanical filter, oil filter and air filter used for maintenance.
Physical acceptance
1. Compare the packing list of air compressor equipment to confirm the quantity of equipment and accessories;
2. Inspection qualification marks of gas storage tank, safety valve and pressure gauge of pressure pipeline;
3. Check the number of gas pipeline joints according to the pipeline layout drawing;
4. The compressed air pipe in the machine room is overhead, the cooling water main pipe is not allowed to pass, the trench is laid, and the pipe is arranged along the wall column.
Use function acceptance
1. Air compressor
1) The noise of the unit requires the manufacturer to carry a decibel meter for acceptance. Tool or instrument: decimeter
2) Exhaust temperature: room temperature + 8 ℃, measured by industrial thermometer; Tools or instruments: industrial thermometer;
3) Maximum discharge pressure 0.85mpa (measured by external pressure gauge)
2. Cold dryer
The effectiveness of automatic drainage function, regular discharge during use; Tool or instrument: a tool with timer function.
3. Piping installation
1) The pipeline installation shall be horizontal and vertical, and the pipeline installed horizontally shall have a slope of 2% towards the gas storage tank and oil-water collection and discharge point. Tools or instruments: infrared level;
2) The pipe installed vertically shall be vertical within 4m. The allowable deviation is 4mm. When the length is more than 4m, the allowable deviation is 12mm. Tools or instruments: pendants;
3) Pipe support installation, according to the technical agreement on the calibration of the inspection.
4) Pressure test
After the pipeline system is installed, the air pressure test must be carried out. The test pressure is 1.25 times of the working pressure. When the pressure test is 0.8MPa, the pressure drop is not more than 0.05Mpa in 30min.
File and register
Fill in the acceptance report and asset requisition form, input into ERP system, file all documents and data, and complete the acceptance.
