1. Installation environment layout requirements
In order to meet the needs of development, room in the general layout of the location should be left room for expansion.
The air compressor sucks air directly from the atmosphere. In order to reduce the possibility of abrasion, corrosion and explosion of the unit, there must be a certain distance between the machine room and the place emitting explosive, corrosive, toxic gas, dust and other harmful substances. Due to the large heat dissipation capacity of the compressor, especially the high temperature in summer, the orientation of the machine room should make the machine room have good ventilation, And try to reduce the sun.
Although the compressor has a box, it is strictly forbidden to rain, so the compressor should not be installed in the open air. The compressor room shall be a separate building.
The compressor room must be equipped with fixed carbon dioxide fire extinguishing equipment, and its manual switch must be set outside the dangerous area. And it's always accessible. The fire extinguisher, carbon dioxide gas extinguisher or powder extinguisher should be placed near the protected target, but outside the dangerous area.
2. installation requirements of machine room
The ground is preferably smooth cement ground, the inner surface of the wall shall be plastered with white, the compressor base should be placed on the concrete ground, and the level of the plane shall not be greater than 0.5/1000 (mm). And groove is opened around 200mm away from the unit, so that when the unit stops to change oil, overhaul or scour the clean ground, oil and water can flow from the groove. The groove size is determined by the user.
The compressor unit shall be placed on the ground, and the bottom of the box shall be well connected with the ground to prevent vibration and increase noise.
For qualified users, the wall of the machine room can be attached with sound absorption board, which can further reduce the noise, but it is not suitable to decorate the wall with hard surface materials such as ceramic tiles.
Because the air-cooled compressor is greatly affected by the ambient temperature, the ventilation in the machine room should be good and dry. The heat exchange air can be led out of the air duct or exhaust fan can be set up, and the compressor ambient temperature can be controlled within -5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. The temperature of the machine room should be above 0 ℃.
The machine room has little dust, clean air, and no corrosive medium such as harmful gas and sulphuric acid. According to the nature of the products processed by your company, the air inlet shall be equipped with a primary filter. The effective area of window circulation shall be greater than 3 ㎡.
3. Power supply and peripheral wiring requirements
The main power supply of the compressor is AC (380V / 50Hz) three-phase, and that of the freeze dryer is AC (220V / 50Hz). Please confirm the power supply.
The voltage drop shall not exceed 5% of the rated voltage, and the voltage difference of each phase shall be within 3%.
The power supply of the compressor must be equipped with an isolating switch to prevent short circuit and phase loss operation.
Check the secondary circuit fuse and select the appropriate fuse free safety switch according to the power of the compressor.
It is better for the compressor to use a set of power system alone to avoid parallel use with other different power consumption systems, especially when the power of the compressor is large, it may cause overload of the compressor due to excessive voltage drop or unbalanced three-phase current, which makes the protection device trip. Must be grounded to prevent the risk of leakage, must not be connected to the air pipe or cooling water pipe.
4. Requirements for pipeline installation
The air supply port of the unit has a threaded connection pipe, which can be connected with your air supply pipeline. Please refer to the factory manual for the installation size.
In order to avoid affecting the operation of the whole station or other units during maintenance, and to reliably prevent the backflow of compressed air during maintenance, a stop valve must be installed between the unit and the air tank. In order to avoid the influence of filter maintenance on gas consumption, each filter pipeline should be equipped with a standby pipeline, and the branch pipeline must be connected from the top of the main pipeline to avoid the condensate in the pipeline flowing down to the compressor unit. The pipeline should be as short and straight as possible, and elbows and various valves should be reduced to reduce pressure loss.
