5. Connection and arrangement of air pipeline
The main pipe of compressed air pipeline is 4 inches, and the branch pipe uses the existing pipeline as much as possible.
Generally, the gradient of the pipeline should be greater than 2 / 1000, and the drain valve (plug) should be set at the low end. The pipeline should be less curved and straight, and the valve should be reduced as far as possible.
When the underground pipeline passes through the main road surface, the buried depth of the pipe top shall not be less than 0.7m, and that of the secondary road surface shall not be less than 0.4m
The installation position and surface size of the pressure and flow instruments shall enable the operator to see the indicated pressure clearly, and the scale range of the pressure class shall make the working pressure at 1 / 2 ~ 2 / 3 of the scale of the dial.
After the installation of the system, the air pressure strength and air tightness test should be carried out, not the water pressure test. 1.2-1.5 times the pressure of the same gas, with no leakage as qualified.
6. Anti corrosion of air pipeline
After the installation is completed and the pressure test is qualified, the surface dust, dirt, rust, welding slag, etc. shall be removed, and then the coating shall be used for anti-corrosion treatment. Pipeline painting has the function of anti-corrosion and prolonging the service life of pipeline, and it is also easy to identify and beautiful. Generally, the antirust paint is applied on the surface first, and then the specified ready mixed paint is applied.
7. Lightning protection of air pipeline
Once the high-voltage electricity induced by lightning is introduced into the workshop pipeline system and gas equipment, it will cause equipment personal safety accidents. Therefore, the pipeline should be well grounded before entering the workshop.
8. Pipeline pressure loss
When the gas flows in the pipe, there is friction resistance in the straight pipe; In the valve, tee, elbow, reducer and other places produce local resistance, resulting in gas pressure loss.
Note: the total pressure drop of pipeline part should be added with the partial pressure loss caused by elbow, reducing pipe, tee joint and valve. These values can be found in the relevant manual.
9. Ventilation of compressor air pressure system
No matter whether the user is using oil-free machine or oiling machine, and whether the user is using air-cooled compressor or water-cooled compressor, the ventilation problem of air compressor room must be solved. According to our past experience, more than 50% of the faults of air compressor are caused by neglect or misunderstanding in this aspect.
In the process of air compression, a large amount of heat will be emitted. If the heat can not be discharged from the air compressor room in time, the room temperature of the air compressor room will gradually rise, so that the temperature of the air compressor suction port will be higher and higher. Such a vicious circle will cause the high exhaust temperature of the air compressor and alarm. At the same time, because of the low density of high temperature air, the gas production will be reduced.
