1. Matters needing attention in installation:

6. When disassembling radial bearings, mechanical seals or floating ring seals, the rotor should be slightly lifted to avoid strain and match the whole machine;

7. After dismantling the radial bearing, floating ring seal, and coupling hub, the shaft neck portion of the bearing and floating ring seal and the shaft cone section of the coupling hub should be wrapped and maintained;

8. When disassembling parts and lifting parts, the parts to be lifted should be lifted off with a top wire, opened with a crowbar or knocked to loosen them. It is strictly forbidden to pull it hard. Lifting should be stable, pay attention to whether there are any obstructions in various directions such as inside and outside, height, left and right, front and rear;

9. Before lifting the cylinder head, the thrust bearing should be removed, and the rotor should be placed next to the axial displacement;

10. The suspension and placement positions must be fair, the binding must be protected, and the placement must be safe and stable. It is not allowed to use the impeller to support the rotor at any time;

11. When lifting the cylinder head, the split surface should be horizontal, or the four corners and the split surface of the cylinder should be equally spaced, and it should not be jammed with the guide rod. During the lifting process, carefully observe the relevant parts, the lower partition and the rotor. Don’t wait for it to come up;

12. When lifting components such as cylinders, partitions, rotors, etc., you must understand the weight of the equipment and the lifting position. The choice of rigging diameter should be no less than 10 times the insurance factor. The rigging and equipment edges and corners, and the processing surface contact using skid wood or soft materials Pad well.
