Maintenance content of 3500 ~ 4000HRS for unit operation
Compressor part:
A) replace the filter element of the oil filter and replace the lubricating oil.
B) Check and clean the spring plunger of one-way oil break valve, and replace it if necessary.
C) Clean thermostatic valve and replace it if necessary.
D) Check the fit gap of the worn parts and make records to provide original records for the overhaul.
E) Clean the scale in the water jacket of the oil cooler and the aftercooler.

A) Sensitivity and calibration of all levels of pressure gauges and safety valves.
