WHY? The output exhaust pressure is too low
1. If the actual gas consumption is greater than the gas production of the unit, it is necessary to check the connected equipment and pipe network and repair the leakage points in time. If under normal use conditions, the gas consumption of the system is greater than the air production of the compressor unit, the compressor unit of large specifications should be replaced or the compressor unit should be increased.
2. Unloading pressure set value is too low. Correct setting of unloading pressure value, give full play to efficiency.
3. The air filter element is dirty and blocked, resulting in insufficient air intake and too low exhaust pressure of the compressor unit. Air filters should be checked and replaced if necessary.
4. Solenoid valve failure. The main vent solenoid valve and the cold start vent solenoid valve on the exhaust pipe are leaking and need to be replaced.
5. Control the leakage of air hose. Replace the control air hose.
6. Intake valve action is not sensitive, not fully opened. To overhaul and check the condition of control system.
7. The oil separator is blocked, so the filter element of the oil separator needs to be replaced.
8. Relief valve leakage. Realignment or replacement of valve is required.
