>Before screw air compressor operation, should pay attention to the following problems:
1. Keep the lubricating oil in the oil pool within the scale range. Before the operation of the air compressor, check the oil amount in the lubricator should not be lower than the scale value.
2. Check whether the moving parts are flexible, whether the connecting parts are tight, whether the lubrication system is normal, and whether the motor and electrical control equipment are safe and reliable.
3. Check whether the protective device and safety accessories are intact and complete before operation of air compressor.
4. Check whether the exhaust pipe is unblocked.
5. Connect water source and open each inlet valve to make cooling water flowing smoothly.
>Attention should be paid to the operation of air compressor before starting for the first time after long-term suspension, bi shall be turned on to check whether there is any impact, jam or abnormal sound and other phenomena.
>Mechanical bi must be started in the state of no load, until the no-load operation is normal, and then gradually make the air compressor into the load operation.

1. Whether the temperature of the motor is normal and whether the reading of each meter is within the specified range.
2. Whether the operation sound of each machine is normal.
3. Whether the suction valve cover is hot and the sound of the valve is normal.
4. Whether various safety protection equipment of air compressor is reliable.
>After the air compressor is operated for 2 hours, the oil and water in the oil and water separator, intercooler and after cooler shall be discharged once, and the oil and water in the air storage bucket shall be discharged once per shift.
>Screw air compressor found in the operation of the following conditions, should immediately stop, find out the reason, and to eliminate.
1. The lubricating oil or cooling water is finally broken.
2. Water temperature rises or drops suddenly.
3. Sudden increase of exhaust pressure, safety valve failure.
