2. The exhaust water content of the permanent magnet variable-frequency air compressor exceeds the standard seriously
Due to the long shutdown time of the permanent magnet variable-frequency air compressor, the moisture generated by exhaust accumulates around the pipeline and check valve, leading to water backflow to the inside of the chassis, and the moisture content of lubricating oil gradually increases, which eventually leads to the alarm of the oil level of the permanent magnet variable-frequency air compressor and the fault shutdown.When the outlet pipeline of the air compressor was removed after shutdown, milky white liquid was found to be flowing out of the pipeline, indicating that the exhaust water content of the permanent magnet frequency conversion air compressor was seriously exceeding the standard.
3. The gas-water separator cannot separate the moisture generated in the compression process very well
