Air compressor exhaust volume refers to the unit time of air compressor exhaust, converted to the air volume in the inspiratory state.

Inspiratory state: general volume type air compressor, inspiratory volume remains unchanged.When the suction temperature rises, or the suction line resistance is too large and the suction pressure decreases, the density of the gas decreases, and the mass of the gas will be reduced accordingly.

Cooling effect: the gas temperature will rise in the compression process, the air compressor rotor and the housing temperature will rise accordingly, so in the suction process, the gas will be heated by the rotor and the housing expansion, so the suction volume will be reduced accordingly.

To increase the air compressor's exhaust capacity is to increase the output coefficient, usually by the following methods:

1. Clean the cylinder and other parts when necessary.

2. Correct selection of clearance volume;

3. Adopt advanced cooling system;

4. Keep the piston ring tight;

5. Reduce the resistance of gas inhalation;

6. Keep the tightness of air valve and packing box;

7. Keep the sensitivity of suction valve and exhaust valve;

8. Breathe in drier and cooler gases;

9. Increase the speed of compressor appropriately;

10. Keep the tightness of output pipeline, air valve, air storage tank and cooler.
