(1) The cooling fins of the air cooler of the air compressor are blocked by dust, etc., the compressed air is not cooled well, and the pressure dew point is increased, which will increase the difficulty of removing water from the after-treatment equipment, especially in the spring, the air compressor cooler often Will be blocked by catkins.
Solution: Install the filter sponge on the window of the air compressor station, and often blow the ash to the cooler to ensure that the compressed air is cooled well and ensure that the water is normal.

(2) Water removal device for screw air compressor - gas water separator failure. If the air compressor adopts a cyclone separator, a spiral baffle is added inside the cyclone to enhance the separation effect. The disadvantage of this type of separator is that its separation efficiency is higher at its rated throughput, and once it deviates from its separation efficiency, it is relatively poor, resulting in an increase in the dew point.
Solution: Check the gas-water separator regularly, and handle the clogging and other faults in time. If the gas-water separator is not drained in the summer when the air humidity is high, it should be checked immediately.
