I. air flow

1. After the dust is removed by the air filter, the gas enters the main compression chamber through the air inlet valve and is compressed and mixed with lubricating oil.The compressed air mixed with oil is discharged to the oil and gas barrel, and then sent to the service system through oil separator, pressure maintaining valve and rear cooler.


2. Function description of each component in the main air source pathway:

A. air filter

The air filter is a dry paper filter with a porosity of about 5 m.Its main function is to filter the dust in the air, avoid premature wear of the screw rotor, oil filter and oil separator premature blocking.Normally every 1000 hours of operation, the dust on its surface should be removed and removed.The method of removal is to use low-pressure air to blow the dust from the inside out.

B. air inlet valve

The inlet valve is a disc type inlet valve, which is mainly used to control the air and heavy load by opening and closing the disc inside the inlet valve.There are two control methods, one switch, when the pressure reaches the high limit set value, close the inlet, the pressure drops to the low limit set value, re-open the inlet full load work.Another kind of volume control, the disc micro closed with proportional valve of the inlet valve for volume control, to adapt to the external gas consumption, so that the pressure is stable in a certain range, the pressure is not to volume control pressure, the disc of the inlet valve is fully open, at this time the compressor full load operation.

C. oil and gas tank

The oil and gas tank has two functions of oil and gas separation and oil storage.The compressed oil and gas mixture is discharged into the oil and gas drum, and most of the lubricating oil can be separated by rotating in the oil and gas drum.Oil and gas drum memory more lubricating oil, avoid just separated hot oil immediately participate in the next cycle, is conducive to reduce the exhaust temperature.An oil level indicator is mounted on the side of the oil and gas drum.There is a refueling hole on the barrel for refueling. The oil level of the static lubricating oil should be between the upper limit and the lower limit of the oil level gauge.There is a ball valve under the oil and gas drum. The ball valve should be opened slightly before each operation to remove the condensate water in the oil and gas drum.As soon as any oil comes out, shut it down quickly.Due to the wide cross-sectional area of oil and gas barrels, the flow rate of compressed air can be reduced, which is conducive to oil droplet separation and plays a preliminary role in oil removal.

D. Oil fine separator

E. Safety valve when the gas pressure in the oil and gas barrel is 1.1 times higher than the rated exhaust pressure, the safety valve will automatically jump and relieve pressure, reducing the pressure below the rated exhaust pressure.

The method that checks safety valve is when compressor is full load work, pull the deflated pull rod on safety valve gently, if safety valve can be out, regard as normal.

F. minimum pressure valve

The opening pressure is set at about 0.45mpa at the outlet of the oil separator above the oil and gas tank. The minimum pressure valve mainly has the following functions:

a. The circulating pressure required by lubricating oil shall be established first during starting to ensure lubrication of the machine.

b. The oil and gas drum can be opened after the gas pressure exceeds 0.4mpa, which can reduce the air flow velocity through the oil separator. In addition to ensuring the separation effect of oil, it can also protect the oil separator from damage due to too large pressure difference.

c. To return function: when the pressure in the oil and gas barrel drops after the machine stops, it can prevent the backflow of compressed air in the pipeline.

G. Rear cooler

Compressed air from the minimum pressure valve to the rear cooler.After cooler and oil cooler made of one, the same structure, are board warped type.The cooling fan draws cool air in and blows through the cooler until it warps.After cooling the compressed air temperature in the environment temperature 15 ℃ or so commonly.
