二、 Lubricating oil process

1. Lubricating oil flow description:

The pressure in the oil and gas barrel pushes out the lubricating oil in the oil and gas barrel, removes the impurity particles through the oil cooler and oil filter, and then divides into two ways, one way sprays into the compression chamber from the lower end of the body to cool the compressed gas;Another way to both ends of the body, lubrication bearing group, and then each part of the lubricating oil gathered at the bottom of the compression chamber, from the exhaust outlet.After the compressed air mixed with oil is discharged into the oil and gas drum, most of the oil is deposited at the bottom of the oil and gas drum, and the rest of the oil mist air goes through the oil separator to further filter the remaining oil and participate in the next cycle.

2. Control the amount of fuel injection

Air compressor injection of oil in addition to the role of lubrication, mainly used to take away the heat generated in the compression of the air, the amount of fuel injection in the factory has been set by the company technicians, so please do not change it.

3. Function description of main components of oil circuit:

A. temperature control valve

The main function of the temperature control valve is to control the exhaust temperature of the compressor by controlling the humidity of the lubricating oil injected into the head, so as to avoid the condensation of water vapor in the air in the oil and gas barrel and emulsifying lubricating oil.When the machine is just started, the lubricating oil temperature is low, the temperature control valve is closed, and the cold oil is sprayed directly into the body without passing through the cooler.If high oil temperature rise to more than 70 ℃, the temperature control valve to gradually open to the access of the oil cooler, and 80 ℃ when fully open, the oil will be full again after oil cooler cooling spray into the body.

Some models do not have temperature control valve, but by controlling the fan motor stop to control the oil temperature.When the exhaust temperature up to 80 ℃, the fan running;When the exhaust temperature below 70 ℃, the fan automatically shut down, keep the temperature within a certain range.

B. oil cooler

The oil cooler is integrated with the rear cooler.

C. oil filter

The oil filter is a paper filter with an accuracy of 10 ~15.Its function is to remove impurities from the oil.Such as metal particles, dust, oil, etc., to protect the normal operation of the bearing and rotor.If the oil filtration is blocked, it may lead to insufficient fuel injection, affect the service life of the host bearing, and increase the exhaust temperature of the head (or even stop the machine).

D. Oil fine separator

The filter element of the oil separator is made of multi-layer fine special fiber. The mist lubricating oil in the compressed air can be almost completely filtered after passing through the oil separator. The oil particle size can be controlled below 0.1 m and the oil content can be less than 3PPM.

E. return oil one-way valve

The residual oil filtered by the oil separator is concentrated in the small round groove in the center of the filter element, which is led to the main engine through the return pipe to prevent the separated lubricating oil from being discharged with air.In order to prevent oil backflow in the compressor chamber of the main engine, a one-way valve is set behind the return pipe. If the oil consumption increases suddenly in the operation of the machine, check whether the throttle holes of the one-way valve are blocked.

三、 air control components

A. load the solenoid valve

For two normally closed solenoid valve.Through the solenoid valve of the power and power, control the air circuit on, off state, to achieve the loading, unloading function.

B. vent valve

When the unloading operation or shutdown, the valve is opened to release the pressure in the oil and gas barrels, so that the compressor low load operation, or ensure the restart in the case of no load.

C. reverse proportional valve

More than the set regulation pressure to play a role, at this point proportional valve (that is, the system exhaust pressure) the higher the output of the control pressure is lower.The lower the control pressure is, the smaller the opening degree of the disc of the inlet and discharge valve controlled by the telescopic cylinder will be, and the smaller the air intake of the compressor will be, so that the air supply and air consumption of the compressor can keep a balance and realize the stepless air volume regulation function.

The way to set the pressure is: lift up the black cap of the proportional valve and rotate, clockwise rotation will increase the pressure, counterclockwise rotation will decrease.After setting, press down the cap to prevent it from rotating due to vibration.Generally, the set value should be less than the rated exhaust pressure. If the set value is higher than the unloading pressure set by the microcomputer controller, there will be only the empty truck without capacity adjustment.

D. sensor

The pressure and temperature sensors can measure all kinds of parameters and realize the loading and unloading of the compressor.
