First remove the cap screws on the flexible element, remove the flexible element; loosen all the taper sleeve mounting screws, take out one or two of them, lubricate the threads and the tips of the countersunk screws with lubricating oil, and then Insert it into the ejection hole of the cone sleeve. Remove the protective layer on the inner hole, the outer side of the cone sleeve and the cone hole of the shaft sleeve. After ensuring that the mating cone surfaces have been completely cleaned of oil and dirt, put the cone into the shaft sleeve.
Lubricate the threads on the shaft sleeve and the tip and threads of the screw with a little oil, and gently put the screw into the threaded hole of the shaft sleeve.
Clean the main shaft and the retaining ring, put the retaining ring on the shaft, and flatten the bearing ring. Install the flat key. First install a secondary shaft sleeve and taper sleeve on the shaft as a whole, put the taper sleeve compression ring on the main shaft, and turn the ring end bolt right to make the retaining ring, taper sleeve and bearing ring press against each other without gap. Use the hexagonal wrench to tighten the screws alternately until the specified torque is reached. Install the other auxiliary shaft sleeve and taper sleeve on the motor shaft and keep them loose for adjustment; put half of the flexible element around the shaft sleeve and fix it with self-locking cap screws.
