Working cycle

Screw compressor can work continuously in 100% working cycle, because screw compressor technology adopts continuous lubrication and cooling, which does not exist in piston compressor. The air is mixed with the cooling medium (mineral oil or synthetic oil) and compressed by the continuous rotation of the two rotors, which forces the air and oil into the path of reduced volume and increased pressure.
