(1) every 100 h or drill work within a week: must be clean oil filter mesh and the coarse mesh on the fuel tank, when cleaning filter element will be removed to use wire brush to brush dirt on the net, because of the air compressor in the dust under the environment of work, air filter and oil filter cleaning is crucial, often ignore this point will cause a series of fault;

(2) every 300h: clean the filter core, blow dry after cleaning, and soak the same oil in the oil tank. If the dust is very serious, determine the cleaning cycle according to the actual situation.When the red line of the air pollution indicator on the load reduction valve can be seen, it indicates that the air filter is seriously polluted and the air filter should be cleaned.Clean or check load relief valve, minimum pressure valve and automatic vent valve etc.Thoroughly clean the oil filter and clean the dirt deposited on the bottom of the oil filter.

(3) every 1000h: oil filter paper filter element must be replaced.Check whether the safety valve, temperature control valve, pressure regulator and pressure regulator work normally;

(4) every 3000h: check the oil pump, check or replace the sealing ring.Base oil emulsification degree, impurities, viscosity changes as appropriate to replace the new oil.Oil separator filter element components, generally can use 2000 ~ 4000h.No special maintenance is required during this period.If it is found that the consumption of compressor oil significantly increases, check or replace the core, unscrew the two M24 x 1.5 bolts on the exhaust seat, check the clearance of the exhaust valve, and adjust as appropriate.When used in dusty environment, dust tends to gather on the oil cooler, and the cooling effect deteriorates. Cleaning should be carried out according to the specific situation. Generally, cleaning is required once every 4 months to ensure the cooling effect.
