Open the gas delivery valve on the gas storage tank to make it fully open, press the start button, and the machine will start under no load. About three minutes after startup, if there is no abnormality, the gas delivery valve will be closed slowly. The pressure in the gas storage tank is gradually increased.
During the machine running sequence, you should always check whether the machine's operating conditions (such as vibration, sound, temperature, etc.) are normal, whether there are oil leaks, air leaks, loose bolts, etc., and discover problems that can be solved immediately.
Before starting the machine, check whether each part of the machine is in a normal state and whether the fasteners are loose or not.
Check whether the belt tightness is appropriate, and whether the oil level of the lubricating oil in the crankcase is within the range of 1/3-2/3 of the oil window.
Rotate the air compressor fan 3 to 5 revolutions by hand to check for barrier-free or abnormal noise.
