Two-stage compression instead of single-stage compression, the exhaust volume increased by nearly 15%, can achieve more than 15% energy saving effect. The rotor adopts the latest design of the rotor, after more than 20 procedures of finishing, to ensure the accuracy, reliability and effectiveness of the rotor profile.

The two-stage compressor is more efficient and more energy saving than the twin-screw air compressor.

Daily Maintenance for 75 hp compressor

Check the empty filter element and coolant level;

Check hose and all pipe joints for leaks;

Check the records. If the consumable parts have reached the replacement cycle, they must be stopped and replaced.

Check the record, when the exhaust temperature of the main engine reaches or approaches 98℃, the oil cooler must be cleaned;

Check the record. If the pressure difference of the separator is found to be above 0.6BAR (limit 1BAR) or the pressure difference begins to decline, the machine should be stopped and replaced to share

Check the condensate discharge. If it is found that the water discharge is too small or there is no condensate water discharge, stop the machine and clean the water separator.
