1, consider the level of exhaust pressure and the size of the exhaust volume

The size of the exhaust is also one of the main parameters of the air compressor. The air volume of the air compressor should be matched with the exhaust volume required by itself, and 10% allowance should be left. If the air consumption is large and the exhaust capacity of the air compressor is small, the exhaust pressure of the air compressor will be greatly reduced once the pneumatic tool is started, and the pneumatic tool can not be driven. Of course, the blind pursuit of large exhaust is also wrong, because the greater the exhaust capacity of the compressor with the greater the motor, not only the price is high, but also a waste of money, the use of electricity will be a waste of energy.
In addition, when selecting the exhaust volume, we should also consider the peak consumption and the usual consumption and the trough consumption. 2, consider the occasions and conditions of gas

3, consider the quality of compressed air
The compressed air produced by the general air compressor contains a certain amount of lubricating oil and a certain amount of water. Some occasions are forbidden to oil and water. At this time, not only attention should be paid to the selection of the compressor, but also auxiliary devices should be added when necessary. There are two ways to solve it:
(1) Choose non-lubricating compressor. The compressor cylinder is basically oil-free, and its piston rings and packing are generally PTFE. This machine also has its disadvantages, the first is poor lubrication, high failure rate; In addition, PTFE is also a harmful substance, such as food, pharmaceutical industry can not be used, and no lubrication compressor can only do gas without oil, can not do without water.
(2) Therefore, it is common practice to add a first or second level purification device or dryer to the air compressor (no matter what kind). This device can make the compressor air is neither oil nor water, so that the oil in the compressed air is below 5ppm, to meet the process requirements.
4, consider the safety of operation
Air compressor is a kind of machine with pressure work, work accompanied by temperature rise and pressure, the safety of its operation should be put in the first place. In addition to the safety valve, the air compressor is also equipped with a pressure regulator to implement double insurance of overpressure unloading. It is unreasonable to have only a safety valve without a pressure regulator, which will not only affect the safety coefficient of the machine, but also reduce the economic performance of the operation (the general function of the pressure regulator is to close the suction valve and make the machine run empty).
