The differential pressure from the pressure guide tube ACTS directly on the isolation diaphragm of the sensor on both sides of the transmitter, and is transmitted to the measuring element through the sealing liquid in the diaphragm. The measuring element converts the measured differential pressure signal into the corresponding electrical signal and transmits it to the converter, which turns it into the standard electrical signal output after amplification and other processing.
Several application measurement methods of air compressor accessories:
1. Combined with the throttle element, measure the liquid flow by using the differential pressure value generated before and after the throttle element.
2. Measure the height of the liquid by using the pressure difference caused by the liquid's own gravity.
3. Directly measure the pressure difference of different pipelines and tanks.
