The air compressor inhales air from the outside atmosphere, pre-filters through the filter screen, enters the inside of the chassis, and then filters through the air intake filter, and then enters the multi-function air intake control valve.Cleaner air then enters the motor-driven rotor to be compressed.With the rotation of the yin-yang rotor, oil is injected into the compression chamber during the compression process.After compression, oily air is expelled from the nose.Directly into the oil and gas pre-separation container, there is no pressure loss, the compressed air is buffered, the speed is rapidly reduced, the oil in the compressed air is precipitated and separated due to gravity, collision and diffusion.After the separated compressed air passes through the fine oil and gas separator, the oil content in the compressed air is only 1-2.5mg /m3.After separation, the compressed air enters the air cooler through the minimum pressure valve. After cooling by the air cooler, the compressed air flows to the user's gas tank through the compressed air outlet of the unit.
