The allowable fluctuation of the voltage of the refrigerated drying machine is less than ±10%.Leakage circuit breakers with appropriate capacity should be installed.Grounding is required before use.
Matching with air compressor refrigeration type compressed air dryer inlet temperature is too high, the environmental temperature is too high (more than 40 ℃), use the traffic over the rated air quantity, voltage fluctuation more than plus or minus 10%, poor ventilation (winter also want to take a breath, room temperature can also rise) cases, such as protection circuit will play a role, lights out, stop running.
When the air pressure is higher than 0.15mpa, the drain of the normally open automatic drainer can only be closed.Air compressor drainage is too small, the drain in the open state, there is air blowing out.
If the compressed air produced by the air compressor is of poor quality, such as mixed with dust and oil, the stolen goods will stick to the heat exchanger, reducing its working efficiency, and the drainage is easy to fail.You want to install a filter at the inlet of the freeze dryer and make sure to drain at least once a day.
The vents of the freeze dryer are vacuumed once a month.
