Why air compressor lubricating oil pipe will be blocked, in fact, a lot of reasons, such as: mud sand, welding slag, cotton yarn first-class sundries are likely to block the oil pipe, make lubrication point little oil or no oil, produce overheating wear, or make oil supply plunger outlet resistance too large and cause damage.

When the oil pipe is blocked, there is no oil at the oil supply point, and oil leakage or damage to the oil supply plunger at the oil injection point may occur in front of the blocked pipe section.
The following measures should be taken to prevent the lubricating oil pipe from blocking:
1. Before installation, clean the oil pipe one by one, preferably with alkali washing, water washing and white cloth or with pressure air blowing clean;
2. When the tubing is not long enough and needs to be extended, a union shall be installed, or the extension shall be welded by casing method, so as to avoid welding slag or molten metal blocking the pipe;
3. When bending the pipe, use simmering tool to cool bend or heat the pipe with oxyacetylene flame, and pay attention to prevent the simmering flat or metal overheating and deformation;
4. After the tubing and oiler are assembled, the system strength test shall be carried out. The test pressure shall be 1.5 times the operating pressure.
