一、 specification and maintenance of lubricating oil

1. Lubricating oil

Lubricating oil has a decisive influence on the performance of the spray screw air compressor. If it is used improperly or wrongly, it will cause serious damage to the air compressor body.Please use the special oil for screw machine specified by the manufacturer.

2. Factors affecting oil change week

A. poor ventilation and high ambient temperature

B. high environmental relative humidity

C. the environment is dusty

3. Oil change steps

A. Run the air compressor for a little time, so that the oil temperature rises and the oil viscosity decreases, which is favorable for emissions

B. Press the stop button to stop the machine.

C. Open the drain valve at the bottom of the oil and gas drum when there is pressure of 0.1mpa in the oil and gas drum.Due to the pressure, the oil discharge speed is very fast, easy to spout, so should be opened slowly, so as to avoid oil splashing.When the oil is drained, close the drain valve.Note: all lubricants in the system, including pipes, coolers, oil and gas drums, must be drained clean.

D. Open the refueling screw plug and inject new oil.

4. Precautions for use of lubricating oil

A. The scrapping and replacement of oil products depend on the new and old of the machine, the ambient temperature, humidity, dust and whether there is acid-base gas in the air. Generally speaking, the new air compressor should be replaced with new oil after 500 hours of use for the first time, and should be replaced every 6,000 hours according to the normal oil change for the second time.Discontinuous operation of the air compressor should be timely oil change.

B. Do not allow the lubricating oil to exceed the service life of the oil, and the oil should be replaced on time, otherwise the quality of the oil will decline, the lubrication will be poor, and the life of the head bearing will be reduced.Easy to cause high temperature shutdown phenomenon;At the same time because of oil flash point drop, also easy to cause oil spontaneous combustion, resulting in burning air compressor.

C. After using the air compressor for two years, it is better to do oil "system cleaning" with lubricating oil. The method is to replace the new lubricating oil.

D. Lubricating oil of the same brand should be added when refueling. It is strictly prohibited to mix lubricating oil of different brands.

二、 Maintenance of air filter

A. Empty filter elements should be cleaned frequently.Remove the filter element and use low pressure air to blow the dust away from the inside out.

B. Replace the air filter element every 2000 hours or when prompted by PLC.

C. Note: the cleaning or replacement cycle should be shortened when the environment is harsh

D. Note: when cleaning or replacing, strictly prevent foreign matter from falling into the air inlet valve, so as to prevent the host from sticking and burning.

Iii. Oil filter replacement

A. The new machine should be replaced 500 hours after the first operation

B. It shall be replaced every 2000 hours after operation

C. It is better to change the oil filter when changing the oil

D. Note: the replacement cycle should be shortened when the environment is harsh

E. Note: the replacement shall be carried out after the shutdown and pressure relief.Rotate the oil filter element counterclockwise with the aid of the tool when replacing.The spinning process prevents the oil from flowing to the base.When installing a new filter element, tighten it by hand.After the replacement is completed, the machine should be started to check whether there is oil leakage.

Iv. Replacement of oil fine separator

1. Under normal operation, the oil separator can work for about 6000 hours, but the pollution degree of lubricating oil and surrounding environment has a great influence on its service life.If the environmental pollution is very serious, you can consider installing a pre-air filter.

Generally speaking, whether the oil and gas separator is damaged can be judged by the following methods:

A. Increase the oil content in the air pipeline

B. Pressure difference before and after oil and gas separator exceeds 0.12mpa

C. whether the current is increased

2. Safety note: the replacement shall be carried out after the machine is stopped and the system is confirmed to have no pressure

3. The replacement method of externally mounted oil and gas separator is the same as that of oil filter.

4. Replacement method of built-in oil and gas separator

A. Disassemble the pipelines of the oil and gas drum cover (including the pipelines of the minimum pressure valve outlet to the rear cooler)

B. Remove the top cover of the oil and gas drum and attach the strong screws

C. Remove the top cover of the oil and gas drum

D. Remove the oil and gas separator and replace it with a new one

E. Put the oil and gas drum in the reverse order of disassembly

5. Note: there is a cotton pad above and below the flange of the oil and gas separator, and there are metal conductive sheets such as staples on the gasket to prevent the generation of static electricity in the oil and gas separator.Staple on as is when replacing.

6. Note: during installation, ensure that the distance between the return pipe deep into the cylinder and the bottom of the oil and gas separator is 2-3mm.

7. Note: in the process of replacing the oil and gas separator, the unclean articles shall be prevented from falling into the oil and gas barrel

8. After the replacement is completed, the machine should be started to check whether the oil leakage is sluggish
