Introduction to 5 lubrication methods of air compressor:
(1) oil ring lubrication method -- it USES the rotating shaft to drive the oil ring on the moving shaft, and the oil ring carries the oil in the oil pool into the bearing for circulation lubrication.
(2) splash lubrication method -- it is by the rod mounted on the connecting rod to splash the oil to the lubrication parts, so the cylinder and the motion mechanism can only use the same kind of lubricating oil.This method is often used in small compressors without crosshead.The disadvantage is that the oil is not easy to filter, oil level must be strictly controlled.But the design is not complicated.
(3) pressure lubrication method -- it is to use machinery (such as oil pump, oiler) to automatically lubricate the lubricating oil pressure parts, also known as the pressure lubrication method.This method is used in large and medium-sized compressors with crosshead.
(4) drip lubrication -- the use of oil cups and pipelines, the oil to the machine should be refueled.
(5) spray lubrication method -- the spray oil mist will follow the gas into the cylinder and other lubrication places, such as ultra-high pressure compressor, sliding vane compressor and screw compressor.
