A.It must be confirmed that the pressure in the air compressor system has been released, separated from other pressure sources, the switch on the main circuit has been disconnected, and the safety mark of no closing has been made.

B.Compressor cooling oil replacement time depends on the use of the environment, humidity, air compressor dust and whether there is an acid and alkali gas in the air.The newly purchased air compressor shall be replaced with new oil for the first 500 hours of operation. After that, it shall be replaced every 4,000 hours according to the normal oil replacement cycle, and the machine with less than 4,000 hours of annual operation shall be replaced once a year.

C.The oil filter must be replaced in the first 300-500 hours of operation, the second time in 2000 hours of use, after the normal time every 2000 hours of replacement.

D.When repairing and replacing the air filter or air inlet valve, please remember to prevent any debris from falling into the main compressor cavity.Close the entrance of the main machine during operation. After the operation is completed, turn the machine several times by hand in the direction of rotation, and make sure there is no obstruction before starting the machine.

E.The tightness of the belt shall be checked every 2000 hours or so. If the belt is too loose, it shall be adjusted until the belt is tightened.In order to protect the belt, it is necessary to prevent the belt from being scrapped due to oil pollution during the whole process.

F.Replace the oil filter with each oil change.

Second, clean cooler:

Every 2000h or so of air compressor operation, in order to remove dust on the cooling surface, it is necessary to open the cover of the purge hole of the cooler on the fan bracket, and use the dust-blowing air gun to purge the cooler until the dust on the cooling surface is cleaned.If the surface fouling is serious, it is difficult to blow clean, you can unload the cooler, pour out the oil in the cooler and seal the four entrances and exits to prevent dirt from entering, then blow off the dust on both sides with compressed air or rinse with water, and finally blow dry the water stains on the surface.Put it back in place.Remember that!Do not use iron brush and other hard scraping dirt, so as not to damage the surface of the radiator.

Third, discharge condensation:

Moisture in the air may condense in the oil and gas separation tank, especially in wet weather, when the exhaust temperature is lower than the air pressure dew point or stop cooling, there will be more condensed water precipitation.Excessive water content in oil will cause emulsification of lubricating oil and affect the safe operation of the machine, such as:

1. Cause bad lubrication of compressor main engine;--- oil and gas separation effect becomes worse, and the pressure difference of oil and gas separator becomes larger;

2, cause the machine parts rust.Therefore, the condensed water discharge schedule should be made according to the humidity.Discharge method of condensed water: the machine should stop, oil and gas separation tank without pressure, sufficient cooling, condensed water get sufficient precipitation, such as in the morning before starting.

(1) screw out the bottom of the oil and gas separation tank before the ball valve plug.

(2) slowly open the ball valve drainage, until there is oil flow, close the ball valve.

(3) screw on the ball valve before the screw plug.

Fourth,Safety valve:

The safety valve has been adjusted before the whole machine leaves the factory. We do not advocate users to adjust the safety valve privately.If necessary, the adjustment shall be carried out under the guidance of the local labor safety department or the maintenance personnel of the company; otherwise, the company shall not be responsible for all consequences caused thereby.



Fifth, maintenance Suggestions:

For general users, provide some compressor maintenance advice, users can refer to the implementation.

1. Weekly: a. Check whether the unit has abnormal sound and leakage;B. Check whether the meter reading is correct;C. Check whether the temperature display is normal.

2. Monthly: a. Check whether there is any corrosion or loosening in the machine.B. discharge of condensed water.

3. Every three months: a. remove dust on the outside surface of the cooler, fan cover and fan blade;B. Lubricate the motor bearings;C. Check whether the hose is aging or broken;D. Check electrical components and clean electric cabinet.

Sixth, compressor oil supplement:

In the running state, the oil level of the compressor should be kept between the lowest and the highest oil level. More oil will affect the separation effect, while less oil will affect the lubrication and cooling performance of the machine. During the oil change cycle, if the oil level is lower than the lowest oil level, the lubricating oil should be added in time.

(1) stop and wait for the release of internal pressure (confirm the system without pressure), pull down the main power switch.

(2) open the oil and gas separation tank on the refueling port, add an appropriate amount of cooling oil.

(3) after the normal operation of the air compressor oil change time, please refer to the regular maintenance table
