4, regular inspection
Regularly check the places that are difficult to check during operation and check the items regularly;
1) Check the air duct and clean it regularly;
2) Check if the screws are loose;
3) Check the inverter for corrosion;
4) Check the wiring terminals for traces of arcing;
5) Main circuit insulation test.
Reminder: When measuring the insulation resistance with a megohmmeter (recommended with a DC 500V megohmmeter), disconnect the main circuit line from the inverter; do not use the insulation resistance meter to test the control loop insulation.
