Common failures and solutions of screw air compressor

1. When the pressure on the air pipe exceeds the rated load pressure, the pressure regulator is disconnected.No measures should be taken. When the pressure on the air pipe is lower than that on the pressure regulator, the compressor will automatically load.2. The solenoid valve is out of order, remove and check, and replace if necessary;3. There is leakage on the control pipeline between the oil and gas separator and the unloading valve. Check the pipeline and the connection.4. Check whether the two manual valves and pressure gauges "before separation" and "after separation" are leaky. In case of leakage, the leakage fault should be eliminated or the manual valve should be replaced;5. Check whether the adjusting solenoid valve leaks air, if so, troubleshoot, and replace the adjusting solenoid valve if necessary;6. If the gas consumption exceeds the exhaust volume, check whether there is leakage in the pipeline; if there is, the leakage point should be removed or the gas consumption should be reduced;4. Check whether the air filter element is blocked, and if necessary, clean or replace it;7. Check whether the safety valve leaks, and if so, remove it and replace it if necessary;8. Check whether all butterfly valves are opened and whether the inlet regulator is working normally. If there is any problem, replace or re-adjust the pressure switch;Check whether the upper and lower limits of the pressure switch are normal and adjust if necessary


Screw air compressor failure, contact the manufacturer, check the compressor after consultation:

1. Check whether there is mechanical fault of butterfly valve mechanism, if so, troubleshoot it;2. Whether the loading solenoid valve leaks, if so, troubleshoot and replace the solenoid valve if necessary;3. Check and adjust the upper and lower limits of the pressure switch, and replace the pressure switch if necessary.4. Check whether the exhaust pressure exceeds the regulation, if so, adjust it to the prescribed exhaust pressure;5. Check whether the lubricating oil is clean and whether the oil level is normal, and fill or replace the lubricating oil when necessary;6. Check whether the fan motor speed is normal and whether the exhaust port is blocked;5. Check whether the appearance of oil cooler and rear cooler is clean, and clean the outer surface of cooler if necessary;7. Check whether the environment has influence on the air inlet and exhaust of the unit. If so, external factors shall be excluded to ensure the normal ventilation of the unit;8. Check whether the temperature control valve is damaged;Check the solenoid valve solenoid coil and solenoid valve diaphragm is damaged, if necessary to repair or replace;9. Check whether the filter element of the oil and gas separator is blocked or the resistance is too large. If so, replace the filter element of the oil filter.10. If the condensate oil content discharged by the steam trap is large, check the leakage point in the unit and remove it;11. Check whether the oil level of screw air compressor is on the high side, if so, lower the oil level;12. Check whether the opening pressure of the pressure valve is normal, and if necessary, check and replace the valve;13. Check whether the return pipe is blocked, and clean or replace the return pipe if necessary;14. Check whether the filter element of the oil separator is invalid, and replace the filter element of the oil separator if necessary.15. Check whether the control cylinder operates and whether the butterfly valve has mechanical failure.16. Check whether the loading electromagnetic coil has suction;17. Check the circuit of the solenoid valve one by one :a. check whether there is control voltage; if not, check whether the fuse is intact;B. Check whether the control relay and time relay operate normally.18. Use the wrong brand of lubricating oil, and thoroughly change the oil after cleaning;19. The oil is sticky and coked, and the oil should be changed thoroughly after cleaning;20. Remove and replace the shaft seal due to serious air leakage;21. Original position of unloading disc is changed and readjust position.22. Check whether the automatic air switch is jumping and whether the voltage is normal and should be excluded;23. Check whether the inlet butterfly valve is normally closed, and readjust or replace it;24. Check whether the contactor and motor three phases are normal in the start of y-train.
