Ii. Specific operation method (the following operation can be carried out only when the machine is shut down and power is cut off and no pressure is ensured in the machine);
1. Replace the air filter: remove the screw at the end of the air filter cover, remove the screw at the end of the air filter cover, remove the lock screw of the air filter, remove the air filter, install the new filter, and install the filter and the outer cover according to the reverse step.
2, replace the oil filter: lock the filter with a special tool to rotate the filter forward, clean the filter base with a clean cloth and apply a little oil, on the seal ring of the new oil filter with a little oil, install the new filter, and use a special tool to lock.
3. Oil content replacement: the method is the same as oil filter replacement.
4. Replace lubricating oil:
A, the oil temperature at 30 to 60C viscosity will be reduced and will not be hot, at the same time, also to remove the residual oil unit.So when changing the oil, start the machine and run for 2-3 minutes.
B. Oil change shall be carried out only when there is no pressure on the unit.First remove the oil and gas separation drum oil filling nut, with a suitable container to prepare the residual oil.Open the oil drain valve under the barrel, and use the hand to drain the oil, just like the belt pulley of the engine head to discharge the oil stored in the engine head.
C, to oil, after the row, close the oil discharge valve and inject new lubricating oil, oil quantity in oil immersion lens injection again after 2-3 cm (this is experience value, actual oil level should be in the starting and loading state observation), after good oil injection, mount nut and lock filling, remove the inlet valve, air inlet from the injection of a small amount of lubricating oil, oil amount in the two-thirds of the submerged rotor, aspirant valve, clean air compressor parts surface.
Third, commissioning
After electrification, start the air compressor directly, listen to the sound without any noise, observe whether there is oil leakage, see whether the oil level is appropriate (the oil level should be observed during loading, the position should be between 1/2 and 2/3 of the oil level mirror), otherwise put more to compensate for less.
