Therefore, hand suggests that we need regular cleaning in the use of screw air compressor, the head, paint bucket, radiator, oil pipe, and all kinds of valves are cleaned, to eliminate the purpose of safety risks.
First, the whole machine cleaning
1. Let the air compressor run for 10 minutes to allow the oil to reach room temperature;
2, close the air compressor, wait for internal pressure relief, open the oil cover, pour into the jiangsujit air compressor cleaning agent, tighten the oil cover;
3. Open air compressor and run for 30 minutes;
4. Take out the old oil and put in the new oil.
Second, pour into the special compressor oil cleaning agent
Screw type air compressor water and air separator structure is similar to oil and gas tank, air inlet wall design, solid into centrifugal force, because of the weight of water and gas, so can effectively separate the compressed air moisture.
Water and air separator cleaning: remove the cover of the water and air separator, can be soaked with cleaning agent cleaning.
Cooler cleaning is divided into air-cooled cooler and water-cooled cooler.
Air-cooled cooler:
Clean the cover plate with the ventilator cover, or remove the cooling fan;Blow the dirt with compressed air, and then take the dirt out of the air guide.If it is dirty, spray some degreaser before blowing.When the screw air compressor cannot be cleaned by the above method, the cooler needs to be removed, soaked or sprayed with cleaning fluid and cleaned with the help of brush (do not use steel wire brush).Install a cover plate or cooling fan.
Water-cooled cooler:
Disconnect cooling water inlet and outlet pipes;Soak in cleaning solution or wash with pump circulation (better recoil effect);Rinse with clean water;Install cooling water inlet and outlet pipes;
Clean the inlet valve
1. Remove the hose connected with the load reducing valve and air filter;
2. Remove the air pipes connected with the load reducing valve for all other components;
3, remove the solenoid valve coil;
4. Remove the nut assembled by the load reducing valve and the host machine and remove it;
5. Move the load reducing valve to the floor paved with clean paper or other clean surfaces;
6, choose soap water, diesel oil, clean gasoline, tenna water and other cleaning agents to clean the parts removed;
7. Reinstall the parts completely after cleaning
Clean the minimum pressure valve
The structure of the minimum pressure valve is very simple, unscrew the nut of the screw air compressor between the valve core and valve body can take out the components inside, the minimum pressure valve core of the small unit is placed in the valve body, its disconnecting the valve cover can take out all the internal components, can be cleaned.
Clean oil return check valve
Cleaning return oil one-way valve: use cleaning agent to clean the body, spring, steel ball, steel ball seat, part of the one-way valve internal and filter, if there is a clean.
Clean the temperature control valve
Screw type air compressor temperature control valve is a cover, cover is screw hole, find a suitable nut to screw into the cover, and then take out the fixed cover of the spring, and then use the clamp with just screw into the nut, you can take off the cover and all the internal parts.Clean all parts of temperature control valve according to the method of cleaning load reducing valve.
After all the above parts are cleaned and dried, they shall be installed to the air compressor. After all parts are installed to the air compressor, they shall check again for any omissions and clean up the used tools and other items during installation.
7. Correct all parameters
